Colia was an unrepentant drug user, so it wasn't hard to induct her into the Brotherhood of the Yellow Sign. She used her feminine wiles to tempt Octavius into making an Unspeakable Oath, and slept with anyone she thought would help her cause.
Colia is noteworthy as being the only being to even challenge IlmarÄ— Galen's music with a twisted, Far Realm version of her own. Enraged, the elorii first silenced her with magic, and then skewered her with two arrows, ending Colia's mad music forever.
