Decimus was the indentured servant of senator Dominarin val'Sheem. He's best known for getting the Player Characters together for the first time. Decimus is the attendant of Meliza val'Sheem. Decimus ultimately bought his freedom when the PCs retrieved the Chalice of Midnight, which he exchanged with the demon Losknek for a single Page of presumably magical power. The purpose and value of the Page is unknown.
