Livinius was Augustus Tensen-Balin's good friend. He led the Balamshal Sanctorum, only to fall ill as a result of Cassicus's plague. In the end, Livinus exploded, taking out two buildings with his death spasms.
One of Livinius' last orders was for the elorii Sevestia to be kept under constant watch and isolated until the Sanctorum could determine who she was and where she came from.
Livinius inherited leadership of the Sanctorum from Lucius Orata, after a particularly horrible attack by Harvesters. It was Livinius who decided to move the Sanctorum from Coryan to Balamshal. In turn, leadership was passed on to Yvigne upon Livinius' death.
