- Adventures: Cast Upon Tides of Weal and Woe
- Race: Kelekene elorii
- Class: Wizard
- Description: At barely five-feet tall, Neyadis doesn't seem very threatening. She has honey-gold hair cropped close to her head, dark violet eyes, and dresses in almost nothing: a bosom-hugging leather vest that leaves her midriff bare, tight red-and-blakc chequered hose, and a short red leather caplet to top it all off. Neyadis seems calm and rational on the outside, but a few minutes of conversation reveal she's completely unhinged.
Unlike the rest of the mercenaries hired by Milton Drac to kidnap Emric, Neyadis came to Freeport for more than just money. She had discovered Valossan ruins in the Sulfur Marsh and was convinced that they were somehow tied to Umor and the elorii gods. She hoped to discover more about the ssanu in Freeport and their connection to the Brotherhood of the Yellow Sign.
Fortunately, she didn't get far. Neyadis is most famous for her fireball, which nearly destroyed the Player Characters outright. She almost cast a second one before Vlad Martell ended her life at the point of his sword.
But the story doesn't end there. Neyadis' lover was a Nol Dappan dwarf known as Lorund Ranenor. Lorund saw Neyadis fall and was determined to make Vlad pay, but he was slain before he could reach her. Being a dwarf suffering under the Weight of the Curse, Lorund didn't die.
Milton brought Lorund back to life by healing him and got the full story as to what happened. This put the PCs firmly in Milton's sights--he now had their names and faces, and put into motion his plans to destroy them.
