Whillispur is Khorbon's right hand man and his chief torturer. Khorbon is far less interested in causing physical pain; he much prefers mental anguish, and Whillispur is the gnome for the job. The sadistic little monster enjoys probing victims' thoughts and then displaying illusions of their worst nightmares over and over, day in and day out.
Whillispur tortured Quintus Aurelius Ignatius in this fashion for weeks. Calactyte slammed a clockwork marionette into the annoying gnome, crushing him to death.
